Lai Lai Seafood Restaurant

"Since it says Seafood restaurant I was expecting more seafood options. There were seafood dishes but not as much as I was hoping so I was a bit disappointed. I had sweet and sour pork; nothing too special though the sweetness and sourness was well balanced. I also ordered stir fried squid. That dish was really good. The squid was cooked perfectly; cooked long enough as not to have a chewy texture and not overcooked that it becomes hard. Service was ok."

"Located inside Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel in Ongpin. One of the good places to have lunch or dinner. Food is delicious, seafood is fresh. The seafood noodles, sour soup, broccoli, king fish, and shrimp stood out for me. All dishes have big servings so when you’re eating with family or in groups, this resto will give you bang for your buck. Place is a bit dated but clean. Staff is nice. If you’re arriving in a car, parking will be a challenge. But eating there is worth it."

"When you visit Binondo, this is one of the best place to dine whether you go there solo or in group. They serve lunch and dinner there is also for delivery. Food is delicious here! They have even serving for groups and the portion of food is really big. Worth for your money! Seafood is one on my list. They have some aquarium and with fresh variety of seafood you can choose and order they staff will cook it for you. What I loved most are the sour soup, broccoli, king fish, and butter shrimp of course. Even their chow fun rice is a bomb! They serve authentic Chinese cuisine and their price is affordable for me. There is also coffee shop located in the lobby area. Must try is their coffee halo-halo! First time to try this and the taste is good. Mixed of bitter sweet because of coffee and sweetness because of the ingredients inside. No parking outside but you can check the nearest mall to park or in other establishments for your vehicle."

"I really had a great food experience when I went to Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel. I highly recommend trying their Singaporean Squid it was like I was eating a Calamari but on a different level. Steam King Fish was really good too, but for me nothing can beat their Salted Egg Crab!!!! For those who eat crabs, that's really a must try. To add, I cannot complain with the prices, dishes are considerably priced! This restaurant is worth visiting. Stay away from mainstream Chinese restaurants sometimes. If you have time and want to experience great food, go ahead and visit them in Binondo! Thank me later!"
